Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
